Reviews and Ratings
This resort is a uniquely beautiful experience, bursting with art and nature. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. While there could be more options in the dining experience, the atmosphere and on-site amenities make up for it. It's a truly rejuvenating and inspiring place to unwind and explore.
I had a wonderful week at this hotel, which truly felt like an oasis with its beautiful grounds and numerous pools. The rooms were spacious but showed signs of aging, and some amenities could use improvement. While breakfast was quite basic and the noise from the school nearby was a bit bothersome at times, the overall experience was incredibly peaceful and relaxing, thanks to the stunning environment and attentive staff.
The hotel has a beautiful setting and great amenities like multiple pools, but some rooms need a proper upgrade and management attention. The food and dining options could use improvement, particularly regarding breakfast selection and overall quality. Lastly, while the staff is friendly, the service aspects like concierge were disappointing.
The Mansion offers a stunning environment with multiple swimming pools and beautiful gardens. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-designed, which was a plus. However, the Wi-Fi was frustratingly unreliable and the dining experiences left a lot to be desired, particularly at breakfast. Overall, the stay had its highlights, but there are significant areas that need improvement.
Overall, I had a lovely stay at this beautiful resort. The warm welcome with cold towels and iced tea was exactly what I needed after my long journey. The ambiance is perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, with plenty of pools to enjoy. However, there were aspects that could improve, like the concierge service not being very helpful when organizing transportation.
My stay at The Mansion was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, I loved the spacious and colorful setting, and the cleanliness of the room was a big plus. The many pools were great for relaxation. However, I was disappointed by the soundproofing in the rooms and the lack of attention to maintenance in certain areas, which detracted from the overall enjoyment. The dining experience was notable for its vegetables, but there were some hits and misses when it came to taste.
We had mixed feelings about our stay. While the grounds were beautiful and the environment relaxing, several aspects of the hotel, including the service and dining, fell short of expectations. It seemed like there was potential, but management and maintenance issues marred our experience, especially considering the high price point.
I had an incredible stay at this hotel! It boasts stunning grounds with private spots perfect for relaxation. The food at the new restaurant was healthy and delicious, particularly the miso butter cauliflower. However, I did encounter some minor issues with the room's phone not working properly and the food options for traditional meals being a bit underwhelming. Overall, the amenities and the beautiful setting made my experience very enjoyable.
I spent a week at this hotel, and it was truly an oasis in Bali. The grounds are extensive and beautifully landscaped, making it hard to leave. The staff were very polite and attentive, but I found the rooms a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. Breakfast options could use a refresh as well, but overall, the experience was mostly delightful.
